Noticeboard

Dear Patient

This is to let you know about the Patient Participation Group – These are the important items we have discussed: NHS Choices Website, GP Practice Survey (MORI) & Friends and Family Test.

  • Did Not Attend Surgery Appointments, we have a large number of people not attending every month.
  • Impact of the new build in Selly Oak on our Surgery.
  • Family and Friends - 2 Replies and all would extremely likely recommend the Surgery.

You can now access your medical records online. To do this we need the following:

Picture ID and a Bank Statement.

COVID-19

Please do not attend the surgery unless you have been given permission to do so. If you need to request your prescription you will able to do so through the Birmingham and Solihull Health App. We will take request over the phone where necessary.

If you have any concerns about Covid-19 you can visit gov.uk or 111online website, alternatively you can call 111 for further assistance.

Appointments

E- CONSULT

We have recently upgraded our booking system.   All patients are required to fill out an econsult request form.  If you do not have access to the internet you can still call our reception team who will complete a form on your behalf.   This will allow us to ensure that every patient has received guidance and support when they contact the practice.   We ask that you complete the appropraite form out and that all questions are answered honestly, this will ensure that we are able to book you at the appropriate time and with the correct person to support you.  Please note that our reception team will no longer be allocating appointments.   Appointments will be allocated once your econult request has been triaged by a member of our clinical team.   We aim to respond to all requests the same day when submitted before 16:00hrs Mon- Fri

Please click the image below to access our e-consult form.   This the quickest and easiest way for you to request an appointment or request support from either our clinical team or admin team.

appointment_1An appointment to see a doctor will usually be for 10 minutes or 15 minutes if you're seeing the practice nurse. If you feel more time will be needed please inform reception when booking. Please bear in mind that an appointment is for one person and the time allotted is to help with a single medical condition.  Whenever we can we will always try and allocate you to the clinician of your choice however this might not always be possible especially in respect of same day appointments.

Cancellations

Please inform us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment in order for the slot to be given to someone else.
