The doctors welcome new patients with a permanent address and living within our practice area.  In order to register you will be asked to come into the surgery and complete a questionnaire and a purple registration form. You will also be asked to bring with you two forms of ID, one of which has to be photographic.  All newly registered patients will be offered an appointment with the Health Care Assistant for a New Patient Check.

Registrations could take up to two weeks to be processed.  If you have any queries or questions please contact the surgery.
